If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us via email stating the reason for the return. Please include your order ID.
- Specify the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- We will send you an RMA number and address to return your items.
- Package your item for safe return. Send the items back to us at the address provided with your RMA number. It is advisable to use a tracked delivery service.
- Once we receive your item, we will process your return within a couple of days.
